Construction Contracts Bill 2010

On Wednesday, 19th May, 2010, I introduced the Construction Contracts Bill 2010 to the Seanad. (The Bill will improve payment practices and therefore much needed cashflow in the constuction industry, particularly aiding sub-contractors. It will also provide for an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.)
