Construction Contracts Bill 2010 - Discussion on 'Today with Pat Kenny'

I spoke on the Today with Pat Kenny show (RTE Radio 1) on the real need for the acceptance of my new Construction Contracts Bill 2010. The Bill will improve payment practices and therefore much needed cashflow in the construction industry, particularly aiding sub-contractors. It will also provide for an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. I was joined by Tom Parlon of the Construction Industry Federation and Tiling Contractor Tony O’Leary.
