I assume the regulator is a paid public servant. If there is a case to be made for taxi regulation, and I am sure there is, the regulator should attend such debates.

I do not know why the regulator refused to attend. There is no excuse for it.

Will the Leader ask the Minister whether this is a policy of avoiding confrontation and explanations, a policy that should not be supported?
